Domestic Shipping

Items are normally shipped via Australia Post within 1 to 3 business days of when the order was placed. Transit time within Australia can range from 1 to 10 business days depending on location & Australia Post backlog. Please email us at hello@happybearskincare.com if you would like to arrange.

International Shipping

We currently don't ship internationally but please email us at hello@happybearskincare.com to see if shipment can be arranged. Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred.

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on our foaming hand sanitiser. As a personal care product, once it has left our warehouse it cannot be returned to stock, even if unopened.

We will, however, replace or refund items that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue.
